What a great book!
This is the first site review book that selects sites for the correct reasons.
Rather then rating sites by the number of amenities, sites are selected for personal reasons, like the view,the location, and that "get away from it feeling" that caravanning is all about.

As more people holiday in Britain, this book fills a gap for caravanners looking for good sites. Caroline has chosen 54 sites highlighted with complete information to visit and stay plus those little extras that make your stay more pleasant. There are ideas for nearby attractions and places to eat and drink. The sites are beautifully photographed. I like the cool for... pages which classify the sites as best for landscape, beach, grown-ups etc. Includes caravan club, holiday park and farm sites. If you love touring, this is a personal choice of sites that is worth getting to know.

Bought as end of term teacher present, as she had just bought a caravan, and based in the fact we have 2 Cool Camping books. She thought it excellent, and it showed different sights to the usual books. As with the other 'Cool' series, lovely layout and photography

Super caravanning ideas! I gave this book as a gift and it went down very well, lets hope for good weather this summer so they can try out some of the locations!
