About the Author
Alan Rustad was for a decade the face of television news in Wales as senior anchorman of HTV s nightly news programme Wales at Six . He has worked as a reporter and sub editor, as well as a freelance contributor to BBC Radio London, now London Live. He later moved into television by joining HTV Wales (now ITV Wales) as the station s first English language reporter for news and current affairs programmes to cover North Wales.

Had a great time in the kitchen with my kids after their aunt bought them this book for Christmas. Lots of simple recipes which they could help with, and we all enjoyed when they were cooked! I especially loved cooking some wholesome meals with them (rather than the usual cakes!). The books a great tool to teach kids about healthy eating, and being safe in the kitchen from a young age. Fun family time!
