I must admit that I was not expecting such a good and extensive supply of easy to make sauces with easy to follow recipes, that allow you to make and enjoy the fruits of your labours and cooking delights!!

I got this book for the pricing of it, and the preview of the book seemed alright. But as I began to really read the recopies I realized that they were a little outdated. I also wish for the instructions to be more explained. Other than that, I thought it was a great book.
