The easy menu ethnic series is designed for younger children to introduce them to worldly cooking. It contains background into the food, land and its people, extensive glossary and a menu divided into the usual sections you see in a cookbook.
The book is only 74 pages and contains the usual spanish recipes such as gazpacho, paella and albondigas. However there are actually very few recipes, only 15 real recipes which is a terrible ratio compared to others in the series.
This is available in places as a PDF so look around and get yourself a bargain rather than the expensive hard copy book (I have obtained the entire library of these books by hunting the online PDF's).
