Love this book. Am not a great chef and I definitely like quick and easy recipes. This book is great I really recommend it. The recipes are actually really simple and easy to follow and they taste so good I'm now making them in bigger batches for the whole family! I found it much better than annabelle Karmel's books.
I've bought a copy as a gift for everyone I know who is having/has had a baby!

This is a fantastic book. Written by a chef who knows what healthy eating is all about, but who is also a mother so knows just how precious time can be when looking after children. Mainly fresh ingredients are used, which may sound time consuming, but you can also make up freezer batches and bring them out when you just have a few minutes to get something ready....and you know it is all good food that you will also want to eat and share at mealtimes. Brilliant.
