Mama returns to doing what she does best; turning budding chefs into culinary artists, for the first time in 3D via the unique Nintendo 3DS display in Cooking Mama 4. Hundreds of new dishes are available to master, and now combine into brand new creations. Certain combinations will unlock new recipes and minigames, challenging players to engage their kitchen creativity as well as their chopping skills and up to four players can compete to chase high scores and topple existing records in Challenge Mode.

Fun:
Two games inspired me to buy the full version of Cooking Mama 4 - demo version of this game, released on January 19th 2012 for European 3DSes, and WarioWare: Mega Microgame$ for the GBA (which is also available on the 3DS if your console is registered in the Ambassador Programme.
The game is great - 60 base recipes in Let's Cook mode, much more in Let's Combine mode and several minigames in Let's Help mode. In all 3 modes together, there are around 850 gold medals to collect.
There is more - you can unlock Mama's various clothes and customize your kitchen by collecting stars. You can also play with your friends. However, I'm unable to rate multiplayer games, because I'm playing alone.
I recommend this game for everyone. I bought Cooking Mama 1, 2 and 3 on eBay in order to have more recipes.

Compared to cooking mama 1 this game was awful. For a game thats rated for ages 3+ it was frustrating and un-helpful. Read more

Addictive and annoying
On one hand i love cooking mama but on the other it is completely annoying when you are doing so well and then mess up with one part of the recipe and you just keep doing it over... Read more

Works OK
Bought for my daughter. Not too pleased that the 3DS games cannot even be played in 2D on a DS lite. Means that if you want the newer games you have to buy the 3DS hardware. Read more

tis alright nothing different
Course its worth getting if u havent got the older ones as its better but most of them are just the same to be honest just done up abut more but i do like it :)
