I brought this book because I had seen it in my WW meeting. The price was quite expensive and by the time I got around to buying it, it wasn't stocked in the meetings anymore. But, having a closer look I'm glad that I didnt' pay full price for it.
The recipes are nice, but, as is common with WW books, they require you to buy lots of ingredients that you don't normally have in your cupboard, and the quantities needed in the recipes is so little that you end up wasting some things that won't keep. The meals are quite exotic and fancy, and although they are nice, I was rather hoping that this book would adapt more average meals, just to a lower PP's amount.
It's not the worse WW book out there, but, it's not the best, either. For simpler cooking, I'd reccomend tracking down a "Cooking For One" and just altering the amount needed.
If you like to cook more complicated meals, this would be perfect for you.
