I'm always a little skeptical about cook books thinking that only a handful of recipes are going to be my cup of tea but this book is great. It's a handy size and although its related to the history and centenary of Long Clawson Dairy its not overrun with historical information. The way its broken down into decades is fantastic with dishes such as Bangers & Mash in the 1930;s to Paneer (an Indian style cheese) in the 1990's. Great imagery, dishes that aren't too difficult but present beautifully and best of all - EVERY recipe contains CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
