An excellent cook book for Fan Ovens,

Although an excellent cook book containing over 150 recipes I was lead here by a search on Amazon for a Halogen Oven cook book and it is actually for Fan ovens, no doubt known in America as convection ovens. This is an American book so have your conversion chart ready as temperatures are in Farenheight as are the measures which are in imperial, spoon and cup sizes. No problem so long as you are familiar with these measurements.
There are also some terms that I am not familiar with for example "Cornish Game Hens" The tag "halogen oven cookbook" should be removed.

Easy book with lovely recipes for anyone who has a convection oven. The recipes are also unusual and easy to follow.

The book and the recipes were excellent but unfortunately it was not what I really required. I wanted to know how to use my halogen cooker as I brought one with no instructions in it .
