I bought this book for my husband for Christmas as he is the 'chilli grower'. Even though he pots and labels the different variety of chillies when once they are picked they are not always easy to remember. If you don't know what to do with the abundance of chillies you have grown this is the book to buy. It tells you all about chillies from how hot, handling and storage, to basic preparation and the 'chillie pantry' There are also some easy to follow recipes which are sectioned into poultry, seafood, meat etc. and, if like us, you enjoy cooking with spices you will already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen.

Christmas present so Im unable to give a review,
but Im sure my nephew will be delighted with it.
