This book gives you plenty of recipes, clear instructions takes you every step of the way and is well worth the money. I have made wonderful cookies following this book. Every recipe has worked well and all the cookies so far, have been enjoyable. Would recommend this to someone starting up a new life cooking for themselves or their family.
