i love this oven, easy to clean. remember it cooks quicker than a conventional oven so lower the temperature and if cooking pastry and cakes cover in foil so as not to cook the top too quick and not the bottom. much cheaper than warming up a full oven, switch on ready to use. i cook my roasts to perfection
A short, inexpensive Kindle guide full on hints and tips about using and caring for a Haologen oven - excellent for those who don't want to go into in-depth reading. Plus, some excellent recipe ideas. I would have liked clearer guidance on how to cook a chicken, but at least the book gave me a clue.
I bought this book because I had just brought home a brand new halogen oven. If you have bought one of these, you will know that there is little or no instructions with it. I needed to have at least one recipe that I could try the oven with. However having said that I ordered the paperback version and I am very pleased with it
