"Catherine Bott and Friends" performed under the title Convivencia as part of the IOFS music in the Cathedral at St Albans. They were in a candlelit setting and the whole experience was quite magical, with Catherine sometimes reciting to accompaniment by the oud or the lute, and otherwise singing these enchanting tales - some quite sad - from early Spanish and Moorish music.
She has researched this period well and performs so sympathetically.
Having heard live, I will get the CD - and STRONLY RECOMMEND THIS TITLE
