Ordered a size 8 pair which arrived the next day they were too small both in width and length. As all my shoes are normally size 8 this was a bit of a one off. Got a size 9 the following day fitted perfectly, just watch out for the returns policy of you are buying them. I bought these from Schuh and intend to return the size 8 to the shop.
