This item arrived promptly and well packed. However, what I really needed was a book on Halogen cooking rather than one on Convection cooking. I will have to wait until a book on Halogen cooking is published and then place an order for one.

I found this book was not suitable for a begineer, there was not enough basic information. I think this book more suitable for someone who had used the cooker for sometime.

I was hoping for more "general" information about the convection oven. Plus, I am a firm believer in PICTURES! Pictures help make recipes easier to follow. I also expected more common dishes, some of the ingredients are rather hard (and expensive) to come by.

This book was somewhat helpful with specific how-to adjust recipe and temperature information, as well as recipes. I want to get the full benefits of convection cooking, and "Convection Oven Cookery" did have some good pointers. Excellent reource, super bargain as a used book!
