This book covers all the aspects of contract cleaning. Though, it does not go into great details, it certainly gets you off to a start. The author has certainly been in the business, as only first hand experience can produce the sort of insights he gives in this well written "little" book. It even includes a sample letter of introduction you can send off to prospective clients. Well done Walkiden!
