Another brilliantly informative book from Gina Ford!,

This review is from: The Contented Child's Food Bible (Paperback)
This book will be a permanent source of information right from birth to 6 years and beyond! When you are tired and stressed about what to feed your child (and how much!) this book will provide the answers. It will guide you through quantities and types of food for specific ages, which will help to reduce the worry about how much they are eating. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself with a fussy eater, then there is plenty of good advice. As with other Gina Ford books, the numerous case studies and Q&A's are extremely enlightening and will give you lots of tips (including if things go wrong). I thoroughly recommend it!!

Great for a gift,

This book is a great buy to give to parents of new babies. Feeding is such an important, yet confusing and worrying part of taking care of one's baby. One receives so much information from family and friends and who better to listen to than the professionals. So for a happy and healthy infant I recommend using this book as a guideline.

Great help for parents,

Having already used Gina Ford's weaning guide and hardback recipe book to great extent, I wasn't sure how much additional information this would give, but I found it really helpful in terms of advice and principles, rather than specific recipes or timetables.
There is useful advice on subjects such as allergies, constipation, colic which whilst not useful to everyone, are a good reference point. Receommended!
