Container conversion 11 Jun. 2013
By Faith-Hope-Love - Published on Amazon.com

This book has excellent illustrations and ideas for the conversion of containers into habitable housing and structures. It is a concise, and easy to read book, that will act as valuable reference guide to anyone interested in the subject of sustainable architecture.

Quite interesting, the architect very obviously knows his stuff regarding thermal properties (insulation etc), good read with some captivating designs...

Not worth the money (two stars is being generous) 23 May 2014
By Eat-5 - Published on Amazon.com

this is, at best, a student science project with little to NO real design. Everything (the images and interesting design) in the book can be found online for FREE. Save your time and money unless you are a student required to read this book. In that case, when you buy the book, I would read it for your assignment, then beat your instructor with it for assigning such expensive material. The book is so thin it will likely do no damage to anyone, except maybe a fly. This book should cost $9.95 - what a bloody rip off. The only reason it weighs more than a pound and is on more than 25 pages is because it's also in Spanish. It would be more like a brochure than a book if it was not bi-lingual. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Oooh and do you want to buy mine? It's collecting dust.
