I have read all Robin Cook's novels and this ranks third in my library (Invasion and Chromosome 6 are one and two). Nonetheless this is a book worth reading. Totally incredible and scarily plausible! Robin Cook is certainly the numero uno of medical thrillers!

This was a fantastic hard to put down novel. The inclusion of medical terminology along with the colourful characters completed this book, a fantastic twist....Im hooked on Robin Cook, he inspired me to Take up forensic pathology.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic book by a great author., 26 Oct 2001

Contagion is the number one book I have read in many a year. The character of 'Jack Stapleton' has to be, in my opinion, the best modern fictional character of the last 50 years or more. Robin Cooks' understand of human fears is exceptional. Roll on the next novel.
