This book is really useful to get an introduction on consumer behavior. Clear and concise explanations, a must!
Clearly written inside, explanations of definitions, references to more articles, you just need to dig the ground to find the gold you're looking for, cause it's inside.

This book provides a clear and concise introduction into consumer behaviour for a marketing undergraduate, although only an introduction. The pages are set out clearly with current examples and casestudies are included for your own benefit. This book provides the opportunity to learn fast about consumer behaviour allowing additional and more advanced texts to be understood afterwards. This books provides good current examples and displays them in a way to make them appeal to all (and to use for presentations!).

Excellent standard textbook

I have used this textbook for 5 years for my marketing diploma students. The book has proved itself in South Africa and used by hundreds of students with success. My only wish is that the authors change the attiutude measurement section and add clearer examples.

Fickleness of Consumer Behavior Defined and Described

The textbook used in my Graduate Diploma in Marketing course, it gave me great insights in the fields of Consumer Behavior. I especially enjoyed the many interesting ads used throughout the text to illustrate certain learning points. Very readable.
