Your 99 cents and you 19 Jan 2012
By Shayne Dark - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
What pleasures can ninety-nine cents bring you? Perhaps a small cup of highly questionable coffee from a disreputable street side vendor? A sordid and ill placed tickle from that same vendor? A bottle of wine from the dollar store that, in tribute to that storied beverage, was once allowed to glimpse a grape from across a crowded room?

No. To receive true value for your almost-dollar, How To Succeed In Evil: Consultation with a Vampire is the only choice. This novella brings you the antics of Topper, the British correctness of Agness and the cold, ruthless and implacable cunning of Edwin Windsor to your mobile reading device.

You will laugh. You will cheer. You will attempt to repeat Topper's newly coined malediction. In attempting the last you are likely to do yourself an injury.

When the swelling goes down you can; through a profanity scarred throat; utter a very British 'Well done indeed' for choosing this novella.

are soon parted. If you have a spare buck then you've spent it well if you buy this. Sharp, funny and well written, this is another look at my favorite anti-hero. Get this and How to Succeed in Evil and you will laugh and laugh.

Excellent, indeed! 30 April 2012

If you like quirky, ironic and offbeat humor, intelligent dialogue, and entertaining and unusual characters who find themselves in entertaining and unusual circumstances, and Brittishisms, then you will ADORE this book!

With a cogent writing style and zero grammatical errors, this is a great introduction to the character of Edwin and to Patrick McLean's consistently top-notch work.

I love Edwin. And Topper. And.... Well, let's just say that you will, too.

Buy the book.
