I read this book years before when at University and decided to get my own copy.
Slightly out of date in some respects. Newer tchniques for controlling the subcontractors' site performance prevent this occurance, but for those under ICE,FDIC, or other traditional t&c's its well worth reading.
I liked the references, and it prompts the reader (or should!) to read up on case law governing claims. I strongly recommend you actually follow up the referenced material.
Slightly pricey but well researched material always is.
