This book is by the far the best read in constitutional reform. It is short, concise and wonderfully written to communicate the politics and history behind the constitution.
As a constitutional reform student, I have found this extremely cleverly, and clearly, written book to be central to my studies. Academics should use this book as a source of understanding from which to branch out into other the sources and more diverse materials.
The author, Professor Rodney Brazier, is also the leading academic in constitutional reform, and has advised governments in issues relating to reform of the constitution.
Quite honestly, this book is by far better than the other, overly thick, textbooks which I have also bought for my studies.
