This book is not as substantial as many of its competitors but it is clear and concise. I was very satisfied with it during revision for both constitutional and admin law exams.
I would not buy it as a sole book for a course in public law and the four stars are for it's revision quality. As a general book, I would be likely to give it three.
For more substantial yet comprehensive reading, look to Barnett and Elliott's books on the same topics.
