This book was very informative as I kept eating /craving peanut brittle and Im not pregnant! Once I found out and sorted that I haven't had peanut brittle since Now Im going through a spell of chocolate cravings without this book I would never have conquered my inner feelings. A must if you are thinking of buying this book.

This book is a great insight into the reasons behind why some of us have uncontrollable cravings. I didn't just recognise the traits associated with my own cravings but it rang very true for other people I am close to, what I know of their personalities and their food addictions. It's a great book to read if you are interested in tackling your own food demons or in helping others conquer theirs.
