I really enjoyed this book and as I read I felt I was there by the sea. Constable Nick had to really rush to the police station after getting off the train because of the stampede by the schoolchildren.
Oscar Blaketon was there and was not standing any nonesense from anyone. A new character to me was PC Joe Tapley and I thought he was very good.
Nick and his colleague had trouble when the man had difficulties in the sea but the determination of the two officers won through in the end.
Well done to Nicholas Rhea for a great book as always and congratulations also to Accent Press for a great cover.
If you haven't read the book I recommend you do so you will be in for a treat.
