Not only is it a great story, the pictures are fab too; it's educational and it encourages healthy eating to boot! My little brother loves it! 5 stars :)

Constable Colin the Carrot and the Case of the Missing Petits Pois (World of Little Eden)

I recently bought this book for my daughters (6 & 9) and thoroughly enjoyed reading it to them. The illustrations also caught their eye and I almost know it by heart now due to the number of requests for it to be re-read! Not that it causes me any problems as I have to confess to enjoying it myself and was itching to reach the last page to find out the ending.
A very good book with an interesting storyline, keeping children entertained whilst at the same time, educating them about different foods and their benefits as well as how they are grown but all written in an entertaining way.....try it for yourself and you'll see what I mean. I (we) can't wait for the next adventure to come out!

I have recently bought this book for my 3 year old girl and she loves it. The best part of this book for a three year old is the amazing pictures and colours. She is very young so she is using her imagination and creates her own story with the pictures. She is definitely more interested in vegetables than before.
So I'm so happy with the result. I'm a strong believer that kids need books around them and I'm always looking for new books that are fun but are also educational.
This book is definitely both. I highly recommend it!
