5.0 out of 5 stars Books by Dr Vernon Coleman 29 Dec. 2011

I have bought loads of books by Dr Vernon Coleman.... They are excellent for people who want to THINK rather than be lied to by the powers that be....also they are very funny! What worries me is that books that he has written years ago with strong predictions about the future have come true...
Work it our yourselves...if you are a mushroom, don't bother!!!! Will buy more books in future. Keep up the good work!

I am frequently dipping into this book and no, I am not a hypochondriac. Dr. Coleman destroys myths and talks sense.

4.0 out of 5 stars Informative 9 Mar. 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Assuming the information given is correct (and I have no reason to think it isn't), this is a very informative book on many degenerative conditions. It does tend to give more information on the condition rather than on ways to prevent the condition, but overall it's very good. I particularly liked the authors' opinion on how we should approach older age in the introduction.
