After glancing at this book in the shop and seeing the concepts briefly it was enough for me to invest in a copy for myself as I was intrigued. Having read it thoroughly Shay has wonderfully centralised the best ideas thought philosophies and technologies to address conflict and Human Behaviour in the workplace and beyond in this easy to read informative and practical book. Very impressed with this and would recommend it as a must buy to add to any personal developers library, or for someone who wants to radically have a paradigm shift at the close of this book to enhance their communication effectiveness x10. Great book leaves you wanting more of Shays approach.

This is an updated version of Resolving Conflict. The book is written and presented in a way to make it accessible to all levels of manager and I highly recommend it.
