This book helped with my university assignment and is one I will keep on my bookshelf. Well written and easy to understand. Loved the chapter on lessons learnt from setting up a practise.

Give detailed information on the legalities concerning record keeping. A good easy read that has been used continuously in working on my counselling degree. A must read for anyone considering work as a counsellor
