I got this power plate three weeks a go and was very apprehensive because of the price but my budget would only allow for this price so i thought id risk it, i suffer from chronic back ache and have been unable to exercise and id read how good they were,my husband put it together for me with no problems and having used one at the gym before i was well impressed on the power this plate has its simple to use and feels like im getting a good workout my body feels more toned and my posture has improved, the people who gave bad reviews must of been really unlucky or set thier standards too high you get what you pay for and more with this power plate why pay for an expensive model when this does just the same job

I think this product is fantastic! Works nearly aswell as the Gym product. Several levels, also automatic setting which increases and decreases variably. Only complaint would be, as others have mentioned: allignment of nuts and the fact that it needs x2 AAA batteries for the controls(it works by remote, whilst powered by mains)which is not mentioned. For £200, very good price. For £50 which I bought it for, BARGAIN!

Great item, really powerful! I was unsure whether to buy as people mentioning it was merely an ankle tickle however after two days of doing vibroplate excercises on this machine I can feel it working on my muscle groups!!!!
