I needed a treadmill to strengthen my leg muscles due to medical condition. I also needed one that was slimline and not huge as we have a small house. I didn't want to spend a lot as I will only be walking on it and funds are tight now that I can no longer work. This treadmill ticked all the boxes. It is not noisy. The ones at the gym are noiser. It works really well and is a great slimline shape so if you want a small treadmill it is perfect (not so good if you want a huge running area as the walkway part is compact both in length and width.) It has a great safety feature of an instant power cut off which stops the treadmill instantly. That is very important for me as I faint frequently on exercise or standing due to poor circulation and pooling blood in my legs caused by P.O.T.S. I'm unconscious before I hit the floor when I faint so I needed a treadmill that stops dead when the dead man's cord is pulled. The treadmill's speed is easy to increase and decrease. It is very simple to use and for a beginner's treadmill or a treadmill on a budget it cannot be faulted. When you turn it off though it does stop dead - not good if you are running on it but this can be prevented by slowing down your speed to a walk before you press the stop button. When walking on it the instant stop from the stop button is not an issue. For me the stopping is great because if I need to stop it because I feel dizzy from lack of blood it stops instantly which is far better for me. Every millisecond counts when I feel faint so it is very good for me that this treadmill stops instantly. But that might not be for everyone's taste - however at this price you can't complain. I am very pleased with this treadmill. We had previously purchased a York treadmill but it broke after the first try and was double the price of this one. So we debated about going cheaper and getting this one but we are very glad we did.

Ideal product for those wishing to enter the world of keep fit. Very easy and simple to use. Absolutely delighted - very apprehensive at first at purchasing such an item at such a low price but so far so good. Like I say ideal product for any first timers!

Having suffered a major stroke and being told i would never walk again,i persevered and can now walk short distances, i bought this to improve my gait and stamina,im really only walking on it but it performs well in this role.
Item came next day sturdily packed,requires no assembly,grab rail just folds out and one hand tightened screw holds it,a spring loaded catch holds it shut for storage.
Through not reading the manual i gave myself a shock as after a minuite the speed suddenly increased,i convinced myself it was faulty and fired off an e-mail complaint,going back i ran it up without me on it and it did the same then after 2 mins got faster again,and faster still after 3.I re read the little book and starting it the other way all was fine,this incremental increase is a pre set programe though there seems to be no mention of it.
Starting is just switch on press on switch on control panel 3 bleeps count you in and youre away at 1km/h,you can then scroll up the speed as required.
So im pleased but instructions could be improved.

tread mill
Very happy with tread mill,now I have got it set up to how I want it and find it very easy to use. You can go at your own speed. Folds up and is easy to store.

Easy storage, addictive!
Just unpacked my treadmill, all I had to do was attach 2 screws and a magnet and set up was completed. Easy to read console for adjusting the walking speed and timer. Read more
