Arrived in 3 days. Put the AB Master together quickly and its fairly sturdy. You can adjust the position of the curved bar and also the power needed to move it. You really can start to feel the results quickly. My only slight criticism is that it could be easier to make adjustments, as you have to remove and replace holding pins to do it. Otherwise very pleased with it.

The ab master is the best machine i've bought for a ab workout,and beleive me there has been many.It's excellent for beginers and advanced it's a challenging workout,you feel exactly what it is your supposed to feel working your entire abs.You only have to do a few mins a day and you will start seeing and feeling the difference.It's a fraction of the cost of the ab king pro and does exactly the same,i give this product 5/5 and would recomend it to anyone who wants great abs.

OK machine
The machine is easy to use, but it hasn't made any drastic changes to me. i have been using it for 2 weeks so far and i find the leather bed comfortable to do the sit-ups on.
