Confidence Door Gym
The Confidence Door Gym is a highly versatile and convenient piece of home fitness equipment. Designed for use in exercise to tone and strengthen upper body muscles including back and biceps, the Confidence Door Gym is an inexpensive and essential trainer. With no need for screws and bolts, the door gym can be used in almost any door frame, whether at home or in the office it won't leave holes in the door trim.
The Door Gym goes further than the chin up bar in the upper body work out. With two close-grip handles, you can work out with your palms facing each other, the ideal position for isolating the central back muscles that control posture.
In addition to its upper body advantages the Door Gym can be used on the ground, to recreate the elevation of push-up bars or as a sit-up spotter.

I know this item is low priced but the reviews on here made me think this item would be OK. It's not.
Its cheap and nasty, spend the extra and get a better one. Item did not go together properly had to take a metal file and hammer to it to get it together!
Now its up it feels flexible and moves around in the door frame and I am only 70kg. I have no "Confidence" in it....

Excellent piece of equipment, does exactly what it said on the tin. Works well for me on my bathroom door frame without any fear of slipping (I'm around twelve and a half stone). You really can't go wrong for the price, highly recommended.

A good item - it's quite sturdy and does as expected. I like the fact I can swing the bar up onto my door frame without need for any additional brackets/screws etc. Need to tighten screws on occasion, as connection can become a bit loose (Particularly with push-ups) but generally a good buy for the price.

do not buy
please please do not buy this doesnt even fit standard door frame. Its weak and not sturdy and didnt come with a goods return slip so i am stuck with it RIP OFF
