I bought this machine as have heard many benefits of them, this one looked strong and sturdy and great value for the price. Took a while to build as its not too clear on what size screws go where but once built it is as good and sturdy as it looks! A good solid machine. Been using it for just over a week, starting on a low (10) speed building to 15 at the moment and in that time have lost 3 lb and an inch off my thighs! Its fun to do and no sweaty work outs! I find after a 5 min session of sitting down on it you get a real 'buzz' from the rush of blood you can feel all through your body, its exhilarating and slightly addictive! I recommend this machine to everyone!

I bought this machine back in Febuary as i was paying to use the one in my gym on top of my membership. So i thought it would make more sense if i invested in my own!! This machine attracted me because of the price and the look of the machine!! I have seen great benefits from using this machine, so much so that in my last gym review i lost an inch and a half off each thigh!! I have attended the gym for about a year and have had steady inch loss all over but since using this machine i have seen a huge improvement. I feel every part of my body is more toned and i feel doing the plank on the machine has a great effect on the abdominal muscles!! I highly recommend this machine, used in conjunction with daily excercise!! I have honestly found this machine fantastic. No you do not sweat on this machine but if used correctly all your muscles should ache after use. Mine certainly do!! I would recommend this machine to any one who would like to tone up!! Hope this has helped.... It has done me wonders!!
