The essential accessory for recreating the arcade experience in the comfort of your own home, the G-con 2 lightgun plugs into the USB connector of your PlayStation 2 and comes equipped with an extra long cable to allow greater freedom of movement, plus new buttons for added control, a directional pad and a reload button in the base of the handle. Accessories for your console are always a treat and this little baby is no exception...especially when considering the price. Easy to set up, once loaded your playstation is transformed into a real arcade style system.
The weapon has been improved since the first g-con gun - this little diamond is easier on the weakening arm (i.e. its very light), has several additional reloading buttons (making reloading a doddle for even the most cackhanded of players) and is just as superbly accurate (or is that just me???).
But...it's blue!?!

This gun is the best piece of ps2 hardware that i have used to date. The pixel perfect accuracy is mind blowing. When you use the g con 2 with time crisis 2 you will not be dissapointed.
I have had to go and buy another g con 2 so that me and the girlfriend can play 2 player. Well if i hadn't of then i would get my ears chewed off everytime i wanted to play. Women, i don't know?

Fun:
Great gun really enjoyed using it only downside is I could not use it with my LCD television so that was a pain. Accurate shooting but not much choice of games to use it with at the moment.

Be careful!
This device only seems to work with ordinary CRT TVs. If you have a plasma or an LCD you'll be in trouble

widescreen compatible
If you're looking for a gun to use on a 100Hz widescreen t.v this is the only one I have found to work corrrectly
