Using the latest circuit simulation software, they allow for easy circuit modification, more extensive troubleshooting experiments, and more powerful computational tools. Students work with circuits drawn on the computer screen and with simulated instruments that act like actual laboratory instruments. Circuits can be modified easily with on-screen editing, and analysis results provide fast, accurate feedback. The manuals provide extensive technical preparation for each interactive experiment, and a series of questions about the results of each experiment requires students to think about and to analyze the results of the experiments in more depth than is customary in other lab manuals.
The computer simulations provide a more cost effective, safer, and more thorough and efficient approach to circuit analysis than using hardwired experiments; however, the experiments include Materials Lists and Circuit Diagrams so that they may be done either with computer simulations or in a hardwired laboratory.
The lab manuals can be used with any DC/AC, Digital Electronics, or Electric Circuits texts.

This book is awesome. If you are the type of learner who learns by doing it (like me), you will love this book. It includes plenty of examples and they are incrementally more challenging. Great for learning the principles of digital logic.
