This card has been in my pc for a couple of years and has worked a treat. I'm running Win7 64 bit and using DVBViewer to control it. It installed ok (although IIRC it needed an update or had to install all the software on cd to work correctly - honestly can't remember, but i remember it only took minutes) and Win update immediately installed an updated driver on reboot from installation. I didn't use the Compro DTV software nor the remote as I'm sat by the pc so can't comment on them. Good card.
I bought this item believing it to be a good make, probably mistaken by the company name of ComproUSA.
This item failed to work, contact with the compro help line (which for info is in Taiwan) was useless, their lack of comprehensible english made it not only difficult to understand them but for them to understand my problem, they merely kept repeating themselves.
I would point out that I am not a basic pc user but in fact a hardware engineer with 16 years experience working for companies such as Compaq, fujitsu Siemens, Toshiba to name just a few and basically I just could not get this item to work.
I subsequently replaced it with what is a cheaper make (Kworld) which installed with no problem.
Just do not give yourself the headache of trying to get this working, I spent 3 days trying to make this item work.

The Quad in the title is misleading; yes it can receive and timeshift radio and DVB-T or DVB-T and DVB-S at the same time but it's not always clear that it doesn't have the facility to view and record 2 DVB-S channels. Also if you want to access the satelite you'll need a spare 3.5" connector for the power.
