This book is so much better than I expected. It is very easy to follow and each section has a pearl of wisdom that will save you time, money and effort. I have been raving about this book to my fellow cyclists as the bits on general maintenance will keep the bikes running smoothly and save a small fortune on repairs. Since reading the book I have noticed so many thing on my bike that I have been neglecting. Don't hesitate, this book it well worth getting. And, no I not on the authors payroll;-)

Well set out and informative. However, don't expect this to be a solution if you know very little. As with all manuals, your bike may not be the same as the one in the pictures and it is always much easier when someone shows you how. This is, however, a useful starting point.

This book allows you to exactly what the title suggests. I have had it a few weeks now and used it alot to maintain my bike. Clearly displayed pictures and descriptive text help you get the job done. The essential tools section at the beginning of the book is very useful for those just starting out.
