By A Customer
This cookbook is absolutely fantastic- filled with a mixture of classic veggie recipes such as moussakas, nut roasts etc, but also bursting with opportunities to experiment and be inventive! There is a section for basics- how to make pasta, pizza and so on, as well as a great range of sauces and condiments to bring dishes to life. Divided into breakfasts, light meals, main meals, sauces and salds, baking and desserts, the cookbook caters for all levels of cooks- from first-timers in the kitchen, to advanced cooks catering for a dinner party! All of the recipes are clear and easy to follow, with useful tiips for interesting variations to some dishes. The wide range of vegan recipes are clearly marked, and a great deal more are quite easily adaptable. Aside from the diverse and interested recipes, the book is filled with pages of information about vegetarianism, cooking, and a hugely comprehensive directory of ingredients, including vegetables, nuts, fruits, spices, grains, pulses, seeds, herbs and more! Beautifully illustrated, this concise, varied and wide-ranging cookbook is the only one you'll need for a long time!
