Very poorly produced

There is good stuff here but you can't get to it. There are two CD's. They are both chaptered but there is no indication as to what each chapter contains. As an example the first track informational, like she is reading from a book. The 3rd track when started is the middle of a meditation! But the beginning of the second track isn't. So if you just want to do a meditation you have to listen to a whole bunch of her speaking before getting to the meditation. Again, and I can't stress this enough...2 CD's - lot's of tracks and not ONE bit of information about what is on each track. What a waste of money!!!!

Excellent CD for Meditation

As an FYI, this is also available for download on itunes. I just took a couple of minutes and retitled the chapters, no big deal. This relaxation cd is so well worth the effort, I was more than glad to take that time.
Denise is the one person I go back to over and over for her meditation CDs. Her voice is perfect for guiding one through a meditation. Perfectly modulated, but not TOO perfect. You can tell she has led meditations her entire life and it shows. I absolutely adore her meditations...so buy this and enjoy it.

Complete Relaxation - It really it!

Denise Linn is the Queen of guided meditations. This CD is fantastic. Its filled with scientific facts as well as great tools to help you deal with stress.
