About the Author
Mike Cardwell is a Senior Examiner for A Level Psychology for a major examining board. He is Senior Lecturer at Bath Spa University College and an experienced author.

this book should be and the only start book you need before you start buying any other book in psychology. not only is it a easy read but with a very clear understanding to any term used for you to understand. i bought this book and i am very glad as it is my bible to understanding psychology. so for any one who feels scared about how they are going to understand the jargon this book is a must for all students.

this book contains the information in overall psychology, but the areas that interest me more are the topics on cognitive and social studies. it has helped me a great deal in my university course of psychology and recommnded it to other students.
