There are probably over a hundred one and three step techniques shown in this book. Of those, only about five are actually usefull (and those are extremley basic). Most of the techniques would require inhuman ability to perform in a real-life situation. For example, in most of the illustrations, Master Cho is well into his technique before his attacker has even moved. Also, his attacker stops about two feet short of hitting Master Cho, so that Cho has plenty of time and space to move around in.
