I purchased this book recently while on vacation to India. I love to cook and have tried several recipes in the book, they're awesome! You will need to visit an Asian or Indian market to get most of the spices for your cupboard but it'll be well worth the visit to stock up your pantry! Especially good are the Chicken Saag and Red Lentils and Rice!!!
