This re-issue of Inge Dougans's early text on learning reflexology makes a perfect complement to her "Practical Introduction" - clear colour photographs explain the various techniques very well. Recommended both for students of reflexology and for general interest.

Most reflexologists are satisifed by the fact that reflexology works without seeking to know why. Inge Dougans isn't. She has truly advanced the field by attempting to integrate reflexology with the meridian system, which further explains a number of odd phenomena (haven't you ever worked on a reflex and had the client report a reaction somewhere completely different?)

A landmark work - essential for all serious students of the field.

Bought this book following other positive comments and have found it invaluable resource to have while I am studying reflexology. It is easy to read, set out well with illustrations with case studies/examples so you can relate it properly. It explains how reflexology links with Chinese Meridians, an area that isn't always written in other books. This was very helpful for me to get a better understanding of that area of reflexology. A must for anyone studying reflexology or for a qualified reflexologist developing basic skills/techniques.
