As a clinical hypnotherapist I have found this tome to be of excellent value as a resource.
Considering that the past and future are very much personal states of the now, like dreams, about options rather than abilities, this book adds depth of knowledge for all who want to know more about 'past lives' and how they apply to one's current situation.

Quick and easy introduction to PLR

For anyone interested in hypnosis and self hypnosis, this is quick and easy book to read in order to learn basic terminology used in hypnosis today as it relates to past life regression. I like the techniques discussed in this book (library regression is my favorite) and at the end there is a sample script on how to guide a person toward regression. There is also a quick read on progression (future life). What caught my attention is the explanation regarding "old souls". For anyone open minded to try different thing, this is really interesting guide on basis of PLR concepts. Have fun!

I do like this book, I wish they did not call them Idiot's Guides (smiling here), but I love the layout of the series. Ok, on to the book! Very well done, with enough information to help someone new to past life work "get going" and keep the interest of the more seasoned past lifer. The book covers virtually every aspect of past life work and gives an indepth overview to various methods of delving into past lives and more. I enjoyed it and would recommend this book HIGHLY.

Very easy to read. Informative and thought provoking.I believe this book to be suitable for both people who are familiar with the concept of reincarnation and past life regression and those who are just curious. I have read other texts on the subject and learnt a lot from this book with regards the varying everyday applications of the theory and the different research that has been done on the topic. Highly recommended.
