About the Author
A founding member and former president of the Connecticut Property Owners Association, Brian F. Edwards has been a real estate broker, property manager, and owner of Edwards Real Estate for 30 years. He teaches Residential Property Management at the University of Connecticut. Part Owner of Edwars Real Estate with his father, Casey Edwards is currently president of the Tolland County Property Owners Association and a member of the Neighborhood Revitalization Zone for the town of Vernon, Connecticut.
