I wasn't sure about this when I picked it up but after only 2 weeks I've lost 3 inches from my stomach, 1 from under my bust and 1 from my waist even though I haven't totally stuck to the diet. The exercises seem simple but work all the right places, need no special equipment and are easily fitted into my day even with a toddler. The next day i find I'm aching in all the right places and I can now feel my core muscles working more when I'm doing every day activities, not just when I workout. I like that she encourages you to eat regularly and to use a tape measure rather than the scales to measure your results. The portion sizing advice has also helped and by keeping my blood sugar levels regulated the amount of "bad" food cravings I have has dropped drastically.
This is a brilliant plan that I've recommended to all of my mummy friends who want to shift that mummy tummy. In the version I have there is also a six week plan for postnatal workouts which includes buggy walking.
This has worked for me and I cant wait to see the results in week 6!
