This book tackles a really difficult topic very well, enough information to be informative without making it too technical so the average reader gets lost. Really useful and contains some very sound advice on which I've started to apply, seems to be helping so thank you to the author.

Dealing with a child with anxiety is not easy task. Anxiety can be either from nature or nurture which means it can be biological or physiological. Children with anxiety is often due to separation. Particularly when they are very young. When they are away from their parents for too long they get anxious and so the book recommends to limit the time parents spend apart from their children.

There are many more important things that I have learned and that you will be able to learn from this book. The book has ten chapters but you can still read it in one day even if not in one sit.
