Andy Mabbett gives honest reviews and trivia to all aspects of the Floyd up to the Division Bell. Re visiting the Floyd to write this obviously re-lit his love for the band. Mine too.
Each song on each album (nearly said LP!) is covered.
You need to be an existing or new Floyd fan to appreciate the book which is CD size for handy storage and grabbing while under the headphones.
Needs to be brought up to date a little methinks.

An excellant cd sized little book giving information on all of the Floyd`s work up to the Division Bell. Very informative track by track detail and some band info.Certainly well worth buying for a starter to the music of Pink Floyd.

This book is a must for fans of the band. All the albums and all the songs are covered here. The stories behind the albums is concise and informative and anecdotes are provided for all the songs. There's some great stuff here and there'll be lots of " I didn't know that!!!" going on. The book also covers all solo material released by band. In this case more general information is provided but still enjoyable. The only downside for me is the binding, mine's has fell apart very easy.So,for this reason and no other I have gave it four stars instead of five.
